two clinics, twenty-two years, one standard of care.
we’ve cared for olympic athletes and grandparents with the same two hands — and the same curiosity. this is what we believe, and why we work the way we do.
what we believe.
that listening is the first and most important act of care. that every body is different, and treatment plans should be too. that the evidence matters — and so does the human in front of us.
we’re proud of our team sport work. we’re equally proud of the mornings we help someone who’s spent three years thinking their back pain was just something they had to live with.
how we practice.
- 45 – 60 minute one-to-one appointments
- evidence-based, hands-on care
- clear plans with honest timelines
- no open-ended courses of treatment
- home programmes you’ll actually do
- insurer-friendly + self-pay options
the team
the people who'll actually treat you.
Every member of our team is HCPC-registered and CSP-chartered, and we’re dedicated to giving you the kind of thoughtful, unhurried care that every appointment should feel like.
